Preparations for SCNPD are on in many places

Here is a brief report on activities planned in a few cities:

Sri BB Dixit from Jhansi reports:

• Post Card Campaighn to CM & PM started
• Meeting with MPs planned
• Demand / Appeal letter will be handed over to Dist Collector on 16th
• Preparatory meeting on 12th was held
• Press Meet to ensure wide coverage planned

Sri AK Malhotra from Bhavana, Lucknow says:

• A Rally has been planned on 16th; Memorandum will be presented to CM
• They are also busy with Founderaton Day scheduled on 19th August

Sri Haneefa Rawuther from Trivandum told:

• Dharna / Rally planned in all 13 districts
• In some places this may be after 16th but before 30th
• Ernakulam - Rally & meeting
• Trivandrum - Rally Dharna and meeting
• Waynard - Meeting Collector
• Calicut - Dharna
• 500 Post Cards from every district already sent
• Opposition party planned indefinite uproar - therfere some activities may be re-scheduled

Sri Rajasekaran informs from Chennai

• There will be a procession in Anna Nagar Park starting from Tower
• Breakfast arranged
• Affiiated units will their banner & people
• Meeting - Talk by Dr Tilakraj HOD Criminology on Crime against the Elderly
• Pre-event coverage news already in Anna Nagar Times & Anna Nagar Talk
• Representations will be given after 16th meeting

Sri Yechuri Moorty from Visakapatnam has assured that best possible activity will be taken up.
